About Me
I grew up in a rural area in southern Johnston County. From a young age I enjoyed being outdoors "tinkering" on anything that was broke. I always enjoyed a good challenge and loved to take any opportunity that came my way.
I graduated from South Johnston High School in 2007. While attending high school I had been taking night classes at Johnston Community College to obtain my North Carolina EMT Basic Certification, and all required firefighter certifications.
The next couple of years I worked as a firefighter and EMT while also obtaining my North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. At the same time I also got more involved with the family business.
My newly found interest in my family's business lead me to enroll at East Carolina University School of Business where I obtained my BS in Business Administration. I graduated from ECU in 2013 but will forever be a Pirate!
Since graduating from ECU my focus has been in the special equipment industry selling both heavy construction equipment and fire apparatus.
I have enjoyed my time working in the equipment industry because of the people, relationships, and sense of ownership in each product. I have learned something from each manufacture I have worked with. Through out the years I have been able to acquire a unique set of skills and experience that I could not have picked up any other way.
In 2020 I married the love of my life, Elizabeth. In Septembe of 2024 we had our first child, a hansom baby boy named Rylan. We also have two dogs who are a huge part of our lives, Patches and Lilly. You may even catch Lilly on a "ride a long" some days when I am our in the field.
